The hotel overall is nice and clean staff at the front desk could have been definitely nicer.

nice hotel for the price

breakfast was okay for being free. Bed was a little uncomfortable, neighbors were noisy. always stay at la quinta when i travel they are generally nice and priced well. this location was good close to museums shopping zoo and aquarium

Clean hotel

Clean hotel close to the airport after a late fight to get a good night of sleep before driving farther the next day

Tried to kick us out after booking extra night

So after our stay ended we decided we wanted to stay an extra night. I called the front desk at 7 am to book another night so we knew if we could stay in our room or needed to find a new place. He told me we were booked for the night. At 2 that afternoon the front desk called and told us we needed to get out because our reservation ran out. I explained the situation to her saying I had taken care of it with the guy that morning....i did my part they hadn't done theirs! She refused to work with us, wanted us to move into a different room (We didn't want to move all our stuff) wouldn't give us the updated room for same price as our room..i even requested to just let us pay the difference and upgrade the customers room that was supposed to be staying in our room. She wouldn't budge.....it wasn't our fault they didn't do their job and lied to Us! We had to contact the manager. Then, we got to stay in our room and price was discounted. See that wasnt so hard. Thank you manager....the front desk lady did nothing to try to make us happy. Ruined our day and wasted most of our afternoon. We will NEVER stay at a la quinta again!!!! Only reason I gave a review this good is because the manager worked with us. The front desk lady might need some customer satisfaction practice!

Great location. Pet friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for one night between traveling to Colorado. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent size and comfortable. My dog was able to sleep all night with how quiet it was. They had a wide variety on the breakfast buffet including eggs, sausage, tots, biscuits, fresh fruit, and cereal. This hotel also had a bistro inside but I did not try it. I would highly recommend this location if you are traveling with pets as there is no pet fee or pet deposit!

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good and breakfast was nice. Would recommend to a friend. Very pleased with my stay. Price for the hotel room was good. I would like to see protein products and milk in the vending machines. Beds were comfortable having the refrigerator and microwave in the room was nice.
