Hotel is in a nice quiet location for a downtown area. Breakfast Food service was slow on Friday after Thanksgiving as if they weren't prepared to handle a full hotel.

I have already spoken to my Food & Beverage Manager to ensure that we provide prompt service for our guests and am sorry that you had such a long wait for service.
