It is usually one night. The location is great for me. An elevator not working is bad. All else is okay.

I don't think the bathroom had been cleaned since the 1980's. It served it's purpose - nothing really wowed me and (apart from the bathroom needing a real good clean) nothing overly upset me.

Great Staff! Horrible Hotel!

Issues with beds in first room, so they moved us to a sweet. The staff was very nice but the accommodations were awful. The carpets were stained and dirty, wallpaper peeling, bathtub looked unclean, even the paint on the doors looked dirty. It is in serious need of updating and repair. I booked it because the price was very affordable, but I learned my lesson. I'll gladly pay a higher price for quality from now on....quality matters. The staff bent over backwards to be nice, so they get an A+,but the condition of the hotel gets a D-.
