Not as Elegant as the hotel name suggests!

Pros: Proximity to the airport
Cons: Restaurant, rooms, wifi signal, cleanness... I could name lots more.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.....from the poor quality of the room to the front desk staff. Also, the Wifi signal was awful, it was really difficult to stay online. I won't be back!!

For Overnight DFW Airport Stay, Skip This One

I booked this hotel for an overnight connection at DFW based upon rave reviews on Tripadvisor. I considered distance from the airport, free airport shuttle service, free breakfast, and a bar in the hotel. We arrived at DFW shortly after 11 p.m. I called the hotel for the shuttle but there was no answer. We paid $20 for Uber. I think the stated distance from the airport was erroneous as it took us at least 20 minutes to get there. I asked the clerk why there was no answer and he said the shuttle stops at 11 p.m. There was nothing open in the hotel when we arrived. The vending machines had no water. The breakfast buffet supposedly had eggs cooked to order but it did not. The food on the buffet was cold. The positive things were that the bed was very comfortable and the staff were nice. We used the shuttle to get to the airport. It runs on the hour. We would not consider staying here again.

I apologize as well for the vending machine not being stocked with water. We are pleased that you enjoyed our comfortable beds and found our staff to be pleasant. Nice hotel with grill & bar restaurant

Pros: Made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and pampered by the Bath & Body Work hygiene products. I enjoyed the breakfast too,
Cons: More front parking spaces.
Location: A very beautiful N. Park Mall about 6 miles and many other shopping places to shop. A lot of restaurants as you drive towards the mall.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites. Nice rooms comfortable bed, amenities and delicious breakfast.

Hotel that provides old world style & service...

Cons: Cable service provider
Location: Very well located near shopping and restaurants. Being right at the freeway entrance makes it very easy to get to all the DFW freeways and toll roads!
If I could make only one suggestion it would be to change the cable provider. The sound came and went constantly. The beds were very comfortable and I love the choice of pillows on the bed (2 firm and 2 soft). This is always a sore spot for me and I was perfectly content. The hot breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection. The staff was helpful and polite. On my way back to Mississippi I stopped for dinner and discovered I had lost my card holder wallet. I immediately called the hotel and they sent someone to check the room I stayed in while I was on hold. The wallet was found and I was able to get it sent to me the next day! And the monument with the Ten Commandments right beside the entrance did my Christian heart good!

Convenient for a short stay and clean

It was so easy and convenient to get to but a bit off the beaten track. Not in a very nice area. The staff were friendly but no room service available

I was way disappointed. Wifi never worked, none of the workers other than front desk spoke English! Room never got new towels, cleaned or beds made
