Nice hotel for the price

Honestly I was skeptical about staying here. But it wasn't that bad. My stay was comfortable. The room had a king size bed and micro/fridge. The shower was nice and spacious. We has to ask for an iron at the front desk and they instructed us to bring it back at the end of our stay. Also, I got there early and the guy said we will TRY to get you a room with a micro/fridge. What do you mean TRY? This is what I paid for. But we did end up getting it. A worked fine. Location was good. Weird neighbors were sitting outside in a chair in their door way like they were at their house. Also the paint on the wall was chipped which needs to be fixed and there was no door on the closet. Good cable. Overall stay was nice. I do recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Tried to charge extra day

When I 1st checked in at the front desk for a Mon-Fri reservation, I indictated that I may need to stay thru Mon. I paid them for the initial reservation + Fri, Sat & Sun nights. They extended reservation to Mon check out. An hour later, I discovered that I would need to check out Sun instead. When I informed the front desk, they told me that they would have to charge me for Sunday night anyway and in order to get my $ back for last day I would have to go through expedia. I attempted every day till I checked out Sun mrng to get confirmation that i'd be refunded any days I didn't use. Every day they had a false reason as to why they had to keep my $. Ie.: I paid expedia therefore expedia would have to reimburse me. The hotel receipt and my bank said I paid Motel 6. It was finally resolved with a final argument on Sun mrng checkout. As for the room, I had to repair detached faucet in sink prior to using it. The tub had sloooow drain to where 5 min shower brought h2o, along with years of hair and miscalaneous fluids mid-shin. Comforter was discarded immediately because it was covered in bodily fluid stains. Blanket had cuts all over it. Hand towels had blood on them. Smoke alarms went off from around 03:30-05:30 on 3rd night. Faulty detector in my room. Overall, my stay was filled with frustration interspersed with disgust and anger. The fridge and microwave did work. Gym not in service. Vending machines empty. Pool had no water. Coffee pot, laundry rm, computer stn not there.

Nice motel, except for a water leak

The rooms were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was very reliable and it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. However, one of the rooms had a bad smell. We later discovered that there was a slow water leak below the sink in the bathroom area that the hotel knew about but did not fix before allowing us to stay in the room. Just wish they would have fixed that before allowing people to stay there. Other than that, very nice.

Booked non-smoking room online, but I was given a smoking room, room was dirty, bed was broken and a sharp metal piece sticking from underneath the bed which cut my leg. Front desk attendant was rude and not willing to help, I asked for another room, but she indicated that they are fully booked. The room had an iron board but no iron, hen I asked for an iron, the attendant rudely said they do not have to provide one since the hotel was switched from Best Western to Motel 6. This is the worst motel experience I ever had.
