The smell of purple fabulouso was so strong on my first night I washed my floors to try to get it out with my towels. I could taste it. I walked to Meijer and bought swifter wipes and Lysol wipes because the towels I used were so brown I was grossed out. I could still smelll it on day three. Use a less pungent cleaner it’s toooo strong.

Front Desk Clerk Saved the Day
Kudos to the gentleman working the front desk the afternoon of 6/22/23. I mistakenly made our 1-night reservation for 6/23 - 1 day later than intended. He got us a room for that night and then canceled our erroneous reservation so we wouldn’t be charged for it. Then, after reporting back that our room reeked of pot, he apologized and immediately put us in another room that worked out just fine. Thanks to his efforts, we ended up having a positive stay.

Bed support broken
The check in was good, room looked really cleaned , the only downside was the bed as soon as we sat on the bed it completely went down, we noticed the support rails under the mattress were all broken off and that’s why the bed would fall and it felt unsafe

No shampoo or soap, shower was a bit dirty. At 10:35 the manager walked in after Ingot out of the shower and asked if I was leaving yet. Not unfriendly, but definitely not friendly and a could care less attitude.

Worse stay!!
The room were not as pictured. I had to kills some pest while I was there. There was a hole in the ceiling from a leak. I was forced to move due to original check in attendant not reading reservation correctly and harassed for their mistake. Not worth the stay. Pets were uncomfortable as well. The furniture had stains on it.

Disgusting room
I chose a smoking room because I smoke cigarettes. After checking in I parked, got out and saw some sketchy looking guys scattered about outside their rooms. I smelled weed everywhere. Walked into my room and smelled weed. Bed cover had cigarette burns. Bathroom celing was covered in black mold and I mean covered. Most disgusting motel room I have ever seen in my 51 years. I did not feel safe. Asked for a refund and found a hotel down the road.

Had paid for smoking king size bed almost 2 months in advance, get to motel about 7:30pm after driving 12 1/2 hours and they had gave all the king smoking rooms out. They offered to put us into a 2 bed smoking room. Room was nasty stained sheets, hair in the other bed. Transfered rooms into a non smoking for the night. Next day about 11am finally got into a smoking king room. Chair to nasty to sit in, bathroom door would not shut because someone had punched hole in, people hanging around outside, people sleeping by the dumpster. I washed what looked like blood and food off of the walls so I wouldn't touch it.

Not worth going
I was a stranded traveler due to winter storm. The bath tub was rusted, stains on the bed spread. Wouldn't let me have a late check out. This stay was not by choice, it was only available room in DFW be the airport. Never will be coming back to this place.
