There was little to no hot water for washing hands/face and shower. When mentioned this during check out, the person at the front desk offered a free coffee.
Secondly, the TV would turn off or go blank during the course of a show. I am assuming the TV was motion censored but it would have been nice to be warned about it and provided instructions on how to turn off this feature.
We only did a one night stay and the staff from check-in to check-out were very friendly. I love to have a long stay and would stay again.

Good restaurants. But hotel needs repairs/updating--but if the room is cheap enough, it can be a good bargain--especially if you want in-hotel dining options. Restaurants aren't cheap, but have some reasonably priced options.

Hotel is in a good location. The bar is nice, perfect for the end of day cocktail. rooms are quiet, the staff kept our room nice and tidy.

Nicer than I thought for the price, $97 for a Friday night. Lobby is large with ample seating area. Looks like there were a couple of weddings or events happening the while we were there, yet the property was still quiet. Wasn’t sure if they offered valet, but they didn’t while we were there. You’re allowed to park in the marked “valet” spots if valet service is not offered. Otherwise there is plenty of parking in the garage next door.

Expedis’s rating for this property is inaccurate. It is very run down. dirty, old furniture, needs paint, new wallpaper, clogged drain, etc. This hotel is in need of a full restoration.

The rooms were very spacious. The hotel was located in a great spot not too far from downtown or the airport. Will definitely be back!

Our first room air conditioner did not work. It was hot and humid. Tried calling front desk several times and was always busy. Like they kept it off the hook for hours.
Asked to be changed to a different room… air conditioner did not work in that room either. Again called front desk busy all night. Had to go down to speak to someone and they said they did not have an engineer on site. So we slept miserably in a hot n muggy room. I say slept. Really just tossed and turned uncomfortably.

The hotel is dated and needs some renovations. For instance the wallpaper in the bathroom was separating from the wall and the knob in the tub (stopper) was rusted! The service in the restaurant was horrible! Served cold oatmeal and runny eggs…yuck!

Overall a pretty good stay, only a few complaints: beds too soft for our liking, the top door lock was broken, and although we complained staff did not fix it or offered us to change rooms.
