Great property will many restaurants. Exceptional staff at hotel and all restaurants. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Dallas.
We only were able to stay one night unfortunately, but we absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, they definitely treat you so much better than any other hotel we've been at. We will definitely be back if we are in the area, so much to do and we barely got to see the half of it! I would highly recommend this hotel!
Clean rooms, nice property.
The elevators were really slow. During the busy times you would have to wait a few minutes.

The WiFi didn’t work properly and it was hard to get in contact with someone. I tried calling the front desk on a few occasions and either no one answered or I had to keep calling back.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and a variety of restaurants near by. Very convenient to the 6th floor museum and the grassy knoll. Great gym with a peloton bike.

It would have been been nice to stay there if they let me, but I'm 18 and couldn't stay. Or get refunded but it is what it is i guess. 300$ down the drain.

We have stayed previously and loved it. However, our valentine's day stay was absolutely horrible the room was dirty upon arrival and nothing worked in the bathroom. Very disappointed.

Great stay!! However, I’m Disappointed in the room service prices, especially the two service fees added on, so basically our $40 meal turned into a $60 meal with fees and tip.

The Omni is the best hotel in Dallas. It’s very walkable to all the bars & nightlife on Main Street. The skyline views of downtown Dallas are amazing.

Service was terrible. Requested towels and never received them. Had to come more than 4 times and still did not receive them until the next day. Requested housekeeping…had to call several times for anyone to show up. Not worth it for the amount of money they charge per night.
