Family-friendly vacation home with water park and spa tub

Family owned and operated. We are experienced travelers who appreciate all the touches that make a good stay and have done our best to provide all the amenities to make this guest house a home away from home. We are constantly up keeping, seasonally decorating, and adding things to make it more comfortable. ‘The House in Bedford' is exclusively a guest house in a quiet established neighborhood in Bedford. Bedford is very centrally located within 10 miles of the Cowboy's Stadium, Texas Ranger's Stadium (Globe Life Park) , Six Flags over Texas, Arlington, the City of Grapevine and 15 miles to the Fort Worth Stockyards, Will Rogers coliseum, Dickies arena and downtown Dallas attractions.

2. Bunk bed with full size below and twin up top.
3. Full Bed.
Additional airmatresses, bedding, pack n play, and high chair available upon request.
(Queen and full Bed are equipped with memory foam mattresses to ensure you get a restful nights sleep.)


A great stay starts with clean. We pride ourselves on cleanliness. We provide special attention to sanitizing every touchable surface which includes: wiping down all light swithes, door knobs and door frames, plus every counter surface, doors, and drawers with clorox. Then thorough lyscol as a final precaution. All bedding and linens are sanitized after every use including duvets. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom's bathroom, is sanitized and cleaned after each guest.

Free parking at the house. Additional air mattresses, bedding, pack n play, and high chair available upon request.

There is a private in ground pool in the backyard. Pool is 10 foot on the deep end and about 4 ft near the steps. POOL IS NOT HEATED. There is NO hot tub, only a cold tub. Texas Summers are extremely hot so it is a welcome reprieve. In a Texas backyard pool you will see bugs and possibly see some occasional wildlife. If you see any of these things please don't blame us or be unhappy with us for being in Texas.

Pool is out of season from September to March and will be covered. If you really want to swim anyways there will be an additional fee for uncovering and cleaning/servicing during off season stays.

We have a rental agreement / pool waiver for you to sign upon arrival.
No food or drinks in/around the pool especially no glass near or in the pool.

(Smoking Policy)
We want your stay to be a pleasant one and have detailed our policy for No Smoking on the property. This means no smoking inside or outside. E-cigarettes (vaping, juuling, any electronic smoking) while _not_ allowed inside the house, is allowed outside. No accommodations are made for smoking. There are no ashtrays, no designated outside smoking area, and no proper way to dispose of cigarettes.
We want everyone to have a great visit and understand for some this lack of accommodation may mean this is not be the right place to stay.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer private pools and fireplaces. Beds feature memory foam mattresses. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.

Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards.

Recreational amenities at the vacation home include a water park and a spa tub.
