Ok

Pros: The beds extremely comfortable. The morning staff were delightful, pleasant and helpful! Stark contrast from the night before.
Cons: Customer Service in the evening after 11 p.m.
Location: Walmart near by, lots of restaurants to fit all budgets. Especially for traveling families.
The hotel appearance and cleanliness were pleasing. The beds were extremely comfortable, but the hotel's customer service needs to be improved. The gentleman in the front desk seemed bothered with everyone in person and on the phone. Whenever anyone called him on the phone or needed help, the night clerk was disrespectful by his body language, tone of voice, sighs that were loud and huffy. We asked him for a roll away bed we were told in an annoying and bothered manner that it was against policy (which I researched on their official website that the hotel gave us) it states (paraphrasing) that the hotel does everything possible to accommodate traveling families. The general manger, the next day, explained to us that it was against the law to have a roll away bed in a room with two queen beds. If the night clerk would have taken the time to patiently explain this to us we would have not have "bothered" him as many times as we did because their policy states that they do offer roll away beds for traveling families but it does not state that is against the law. The night clerk did give us extra blankets after we asked for them so we can make a pallet. We thanked him for what he could do to help us. We hope that this gentleman who works this shift would remember to smile and be patient instead of intolerable and just communicate better. At 11:30 at night everyone is tried and little empathy goes a long way.

Perfect stay for Buisness trip!

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and my bed was huge and cozy.

Dissappointed

Normally when I see "Radisson" I think high quality, and this did not live up to my expectations. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, the room was not cleaned until 4 or 5 pm, there was loud music playing most of the night and at one point we smelled an explicit substance. We will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel in a very great area.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. My only complaints are the elevator was loud and scary, but it seem to get quiet after the repair guy came to see about the issue.

Free parking. Close to Walmart and food outlets

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Elevator was very shakey and noisy. Could need a service?
Location: There is a Walmart superstore nearby. Not far from Dallas CBD.
This hotel is great value for money. It is a short drive to Walmart. We dont have Walmart in Australia.

One of The Best Hotels I ever stayed in and they upgraded me to a King Suite thanks Radisson loved it God Bless

Very friendly staff

Cons: The one thing I would suggest is to offer pillows that are not complete mush. I hate having to use 3 pillows to sleep comfortably.
Nice stay. Radisson is usually a good bet for a comfortable room.

Missing t-shirt

My t-shirt was missing from my room. The t-shirt is form France. I would not care if it was other t-shirt. There was no effort to locate it.
