Toilet didn’t flush well, pool was locked and dirty, some lights were not working.

It's ok for 2 nights, but there was a lot of dust in the room. The dresser was worn out also in the corners of the bathtub and bathroom floors were dirty

Needs a Property Inspection and Maintenance

At no fault to the friendly staff, this property is seriously neglected by its owner. My room had chipped paint, cracked baseboards, mold around the window and AC unit, and cracks in said window that certainly didn’t feel safe. The hotel management isn’t so much to answer for this as the direct property owner who needs to reinvest in the upkeep and renovation of this hotel. Would not stay here again.

Pros: comfortable bed
Cons: The orange juice was... orange colored water
I was able to get proper rest in the room I reserved for my travels. The staff was courteous and check in and checkout were very quick.

Very nice and clean

Pros: The cleanliness, the fact that it was smoke free and the free breakfast
Cons: Nothing really
Location: This specific location was at 1575 Row, Dallas Texas. This location is only 12 miles away from downtown Dallas
This hotel room was very clean and smoke free which for me it's a very plus since I don't smoke and the smell of it makes me sick. This specific location serves free breakfast which was very decent. The only thing that bother me was the fact that the t.v remote did not work and the front desk personnel did nothing to fix it. But other than that, the location, the price and the free breakfast was very nice, I would definitely stay there and I would recommended it to friends and family.

Disappointing and in a sad state of disrepair

Went out for a swim in their pool, but at first I discovered it was locked up. I managed to get it unlocked by asking one of the staff in the lobby, but by then I discovered that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while - so much for that idea. Just checking their laundry area, they had a push button phone on the wall with a sign reading “in case of emergency, lift receiver”, only I noticed the receiver had been removed, and when I brought it to the attention of one of the hotel staff, they admitted that I was the first person to point that out - are you kidding me?! Unless this place gets a complete renovation, I’ll be reluctant to stay there again.

Very Aged! Circa 1990!

The entire hotel seems to not been updated for many years. Has a sign for a Bar and restaurant but seems that said bar has been closed for years. The bed spread was very aged and the toilet needed to be flushed 3 times before it actually flushed! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. Also the the room did not have many plugs and the WiFi was awful.
