Poor house keeping

Sinks had hair in them black hair. on the bed was dirty my kid pee in bed was never changed we stood for three nights they did Change out towels but left us short handed on wash cloth we only had one in the room. We got locked out of rooms after 5 time trying to get in she decided to call management after call management she was telling me how drunk he is Like my kid need to hear that part.

Dallas hotel

Pros: The beds were extremely comfortable.
Cons: If housekeeping would report any suspicious odors in rooms, then front desk would not assign people to rooms.
The first room my husband and I were given had a smell that could have been someone previously smoking in room or it could have been a chemical smell. When reported to front desk they quickly gave us another room with apologies. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

Cheap but noisy, disorganized, and worrisome.

Pros: Clean and spacious. Comfortable king-sized bed. Free Wifi that was surprisingly fast. Pretty good location.
Cons: Noise levels and customer service. Most of the staff were pleasant, but the night person running the desk left much to be desired.
Location: The hotel is located off of Belt Line in Addison. Less than a half-mile down Belt Line there are tons of restaurants to choose from.
This was my first experience with Red Roof Inn and I was not impressed. I had an evening flight and arrived at the hotel around 9PM to checkin. I was informed that they did not have a reservation for me, and were completely booked. I called Expedia customer support, and while I was on the phone another customer came to the desk to complain the room they had just been issued was already occupied. This didn't exactly inspire confidence in the hotel's competence. Expedia resent the reservation details and the person behind the desk was able to magically find a room, despite telling me a few minutes before they didn't have any. The room itself was clean and spacious, but extremely noisy. One of my neighbors was playing a guitar entire midnight or later, and the one above me either had several small children running around or a three-ring circus going on. If the noise wasn't bad enough I had a hard time falling asleep because I was worried the front desk would accidentally double book my room and another customer would walk in on me. Thankfully the door had a chain on it, which I kept engaged at all times I was inside the room. Overall it was a nerve-racking experience, and I most definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For a slightly higher price I could have upgraded to a hotel with a better average rating. I think next time I will.

Location: Convenient to almost every sort of restaurant
I have never had this happen before. I couldn't figure out why the bathroom floor kept getting wet after my shower. It seems the shower curtain was so thin that the water came right through it. Weird.

Clean hotel with nice surroundings

Pros: Comfortable Room, Restaurants close, but I also like the parking close to room.
Cons: I like recliners in the rooms instead of the chair and ottoman always offered. Nicer pillows would have really made things nice too, but everything was really fine.
Location: Tons of restaurants, shopping, train is only 5 miles away.

Nice area, quiet, same as pictured

Hotel stay was nice and confortable. Checking in staff on my late arrival was in such a hurry for shift change she booked me under someone's reservation with the same last name as i. How was this possible when she got my i.d??? Exactly was in a rush. This error got me the wrong type room and an issue to get resolved by talking to the new person on shift who was unaware of anything. Expedia got on phone with staff who was helpful named bobby and he was great although he had a hard time. My room stay was great, well lighted area, clean pool, hot shower, extra towels and sheets AS I REQUESTED at booking. Breakfast but i didnt eat so dont know how that was. I stayed 3 days.

Nice hotel. Convenient location for our needs.

Pros: Cleanliness and location. Reasonable price. Easy, quick check in and check out. No hassle adding a night to our stay.
Location: Excellent and numerous places to eat. Several attractions to check out that are close.
Comfortable, clean room. Five night stay with fresh towels everyday. Friendly staff.

Decent Hotel Close to Amenities

Pros: Jacuzzi suite, close to amenities, cost effective
Cons: Cigarette smell, outdated
Location: We loved Kenny's Italian Kitchen. It was great and had gluten free options. We visited the Galleria, as well.
My husband and I had a pretty good stay in a jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi was very clean and in working order. The room itself was old, but clean. It smelled of cigarette smoke, but it was not terribly noticeable. Our room was not ready upon arrival to the hotel. We enjoyed the proximity to local restaurants and to the city. It is in a perfect location, not too close to the hustle and bustle of Dallas, but close enough to be there in a few minutes. The hotel was very quiet and we didn't hear anyone at all.

Good affordable stay

Pros: very clean and comfortable for this level of accomodations
Cons: put towels in the "towel" bin at the pool, fill up the whirlpool
Location: on several bus lines, selection of restaurants within walking distance, many more within reasonable driving distance
Very clean and quiet. except that it's on a main road and all rooms open to the outside, so the road noise is a little high. continental breakfast is a very nice touch. could have used something fresh like fruit. very nice pool, but the accompanying whirlpool was dry and there were no towels available. overall friendly and accommodating staff.

non-smoking smells terrebly like cigarretes

front desk staff not aware of my full stay and knowing is comming from expedia calls agressively to request a check out at the moment just because they could not see my reservation... thanks to expedia personel they stop calling !
