Bad experience for expensive hotel.

They gave me a room and once I went inside I took of my shoes. The floor was wet and all carpet was wet their was water leak and I had to put my wet socks on to put my shoes on to till the reception. The maintainence came and they had to change my room. Bad experience this should not happen. They changed my room from 105 to 206.

Great except

The cleaning staff didn't come to clean our room until late that afternoon and we were already in the room so it didn't get cleaned.

Pros: Everything!
Location: Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Rangers Ballpark, Hurricane Harbor
Enjoyed the stay and the breakfast buffet was great!

Loved the two bed rooms with each having their own restroom. The kitchen was a nice touch. Very friendly staff. Will stay there again

So so experience at Residence Inn

Was disappointed that I could hear every footstep from the room above ours. Also, was awakened Sunday morning to a loud fire alarm that turned out to be a false alarm and no,apology by the management.
