The hotel was convenient to Dallas Love Field but that's about it. If you need a place to stay because it's close to the many hospitals there it's great. Otherwise, it's not that well located. The room was great clean safe I felt. However it is VERY close to the highway and hence noisy. Breakfast was better than I expected.

The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were clean and well kept. The included breakfast has a good selection of eggs and other breakfast foods and good coffee. We didn't have a car, so it was good that a public bus ran right by the hotel and the light rail was not too far. The hotel is not far from downtown, so that's convenient. There are not many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but there is restaurant at a nearby hotel.

Sonesta ES is a series of nine buildings with small apartments for extended stay. Not too far from the UT Southwestern medical campus and two miles from Love Field. Early check in before four pm costs between $15-35 even if the room is ready. Usually this is a courtesy to allow earlier checkin. The staff were nice. Room cleaning service Every 7 days, you can get clean towels if it's requested. Braquest is really limited and same everyday, not good. It was much better when it was Marriot property. People are really good and kind.

our bathtub and sink took a minute to drain but that was my only issue. the lady at the front desk was super kind, everybody was respectful and quiet even with some being ravers there for a festival. it was a nice room and very comfortable.

There is limited hot water when you’re taking a shower. After a while, the shower water will turn to cold water. I complained to the hotel, but they didn’t fix it.

I didn't realize this is more of an old 80's 'Extended Stay' than typically higher rated 'Sonesta'. There are 7 buildings 3 stories each with no elevators and the noise from I-35 is deafeningly loud from everywhere. We were on the 3rd floor facing I-35 on Building 7 and despite having ear plugs on, suffered through the loud rumbling low sound of trucks to high pitched motorcycle literally throughout the night. The noise is no better from other sides so I doubt other buildings were any quieter. Front desk was friendly and water pressure was good at least. But we will not be staying again.

When we went to the room it was stuffy and started having allergies. Service was not good either; asked for additional towels but asked to return the used ones first. Also had to pay for parking. Which is not mentioned anywhere. Overall very disappointed.

The place looked out daterd. The bedding didn't look or feel like ot was freshly washed. Several pubic hairs left on the toilet seat. There where bugs crawling on the floor. I could here other guests arguing in their room to the point it felt like a violent incident was about to take place. However, I manged to just get through the stay but wasn't happy. I do not see myself ever booking at this place again.

Venise

The location of this hotel was convenient. It was about 15 minutes from a lot of the Dallas attractions. The room itself was pretty well-kept and was free from pests like bed bugs, ants, and roaches. Surprisingly, the outside noises didn’t penetrate the room as easily as other hotel rooms. The facilities had a lot of amenities such as a continental breakfast, a pool, a gym, and some form of security for cars (which consisted of a flimsy boom barrier and an occasional security officer rounding in the night hours.) I felt uncomfortable with the hotel rooms opening directly to the outside. Though that was my error because I didn’t realize that the hotel doors opened directly to the outside when I booked the hotel. But as I mentioned before there is some form of security. I had the hotel breakfast on Saturday morning and Monday morning. It was continental, but I did have issues with the breakfast on Saturday morning. I had to ask the staff for the breakfast sausage because the staff didn’t put the breakfast sausage out because they felt the food warmer couldn’t keep the sausage hot enough. The staff (a female staff member who appeared to be working by herself in the dining area) also didn’t have the stand for the cereal dispensers. We had to hold the stand above the bowls while awkwardly working the dispensing mechanism. The staff also didn’t know how to work the pancake-maker. Not sure if the weekend staff just need more training. The Monday breakfast was ok.

Staff was great. Went and gave kids a treat while at the pool. Had games to play with ae a family and while at breakfast they made sure you were good.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and the staff was super friendly. Offered me an early check-in and gave me a bottle of cold water while checking in. (103° day) When I got to the room, it was so nice and cold, clean and spotless. Comfortable bed, just wish we had more options on the tv channels. Everything was great. We felt secure and safe and I even noticed there was security driving the parking lots.

Normally never leave bad reviews but our experience was not great. The room was not what I was expecting. Also not worth what I paid for it. My husband was allergic to the inside of the room and could not get any relief or reprieve from sneezing or having a runny nose. Also the room appeared clean on the surface but upon closer inspection. I found specs of food in the carpet and a blood stain on the skirt of the bed. Lastly the lady at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. And when we checked in the lady at the front desk had a charisma level of zero. I'm fine not getting a refund because we did check in at 3pm and checked out at midnight because of the issue but saddened.
