DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

This hotel would not allow me to check in even though my room was booked and paid for for 2 days before I arrived. The manager on duty was one of the rudest people I have ever crossed in customer service. When I walked in she was already yelling at another customer on the phone. She refused check in with my credit card ( 2 cards ) for the deposit, refused the cash I offered ( 3 times ) and now I am having trouble getting a refund from hotels.com because they need permission from the Marriott ( which seems next to impossible at this time )

Watch the fees! No willingness to help!

Cons: Staff willing to assist.
If you are on a budget like we were, $40-$50 difference is a big deal. We had our document/print-out to show our booking through Expedia: Location,Room, Per Night, Taxes, etc. Arrived to check-in and the Hotel Rep was adding an additional $45. Always ask for the break down! And we did, except this rep could not explain. There was a $100 Hold Fee for damages, which was understandable and fine, (because that would only be held if there were damages to the room and such) but this other dollar amount he could not explain, except that the system was adding it in. We just wanted to know what for? We never got the answer and his options and words were very limited to almost non existent, as to what he could do to find out what that was for and what he could do to get us checked in. He immediately moved on to someone else, while we stepped out to make some phone calls in order to be able to stay for the night. Came back in and there were no vacancies!! Unbelievable! And they still charged us $95. Pay attention, verify the prices you were given, confirm the correct amount is taken from your account, and ask questions if something is not clear!!

Hotel nice, but this is a low-rise with thin-wall construction. Could hear neighbors through walls and vent.

**Hard to find a quality hotel thats laid back

Very polite staff, great food, discretion of location including safety standards covered in every way. Will definitely recommend to others and a definite repeat get away.
