Stayed there for the Cotton Bowl. Kitchen facilities were good and drive to AT&T stadium was reasonable. Other facilities such as breakfast and elevators were good.

I waited an hour and 45 mins for the airport shuttle....after being told it could take up to an hour. I kept calling back..sometimes they wouldn't even answer the phone.

Nice, but comfort issues
The facility is newly renovated and is very nice. The people were great. Breakfasts were great. Our only issues were with the room itself. The furniture was thoroughly uncomfortable, especially the fold-out sofa that was the main seating piece for the parlor. The bed was fine except that the mattress was covered in plastic. We both woke up drenched in sweat the first night and had to put bath towels down on the mattress to alleviate the discomfort. And the pillows were awful; thin, floppy, uncomfortable. All this is fixable and we hope they do.

I asked house keeping as well as the front desk to have my linens changed nad to replace towels and wash clothes. When I returned that night after the Dallas vs San Fran game all trash was still full old towels still on floor. They dropped off new linen wich was left on the counter I guess for me to change myself but I could sworn they were house keeping.

It was nice overall I went to use the bathroom at 2:00 in the morning and saw a roach he got killed didn’t see anymore after that but didn’t want to see that 1 in the first place

Our bed had a gross stain on it and when we asked if we could get new bedding the manager said she couldn’t because it was a room service issue and just kept trying to get us to check out instead of fixing the problem. She was very rude

Staff was very friendly. Property is currently under construction in the breakfast area. Breakfast was limited in scope. Room was clean though the stopper on the bathroom sink did not work. Room was spacious and well stocked for what you needed.

The hotel was under renovation. It was basically a construction zone as soon as you walked through the doors. The beds were hard. The worst part of it as if hearing the construction happening WHILE ON VACATION, the power went out at 4am. This was NOT worth MY $133 and MOST IMPORTANTLY my RELAXATION TIME.

Great hotel
Loved this location to stay at and we loved the rooms. Texas was opened up with no mask mandates but this hotel were still all about them..for some people. We got told several times to wear a mask while they didn’t say anything to others.

Very close to DFW airport, staff does great at any request. At this time there are several fixes going on as bad weather hit the lobby area badly

The hotel rooms offer suite style amenities, fully stocked. The property offers indoor hot tub and indoor swimming pool for year around use. The beds are comfortable. Each room is set up well, plenty of space and storage options. Room offers Plenty of outlets for plug ins. Very nice layout and comfortable for up to 4 guests in each room.

I had the most terrible time at this hotel. It is true when one says “you get what you pay for” 1. We waited over 1/2hr to get checked in upon our arrival 2. I was not notified upon arrival that dishes were in the dishwasher. I felt like a fool when I called front desk to ask 3. Breakfast lady seemed rude and a bit racist. I had to order breakfast for my 2 yr old and she seemed a bit frustrated when I kept asking for milk. She seemed more interested in helping the person behind me. 4. I asked housekeeping to clean the room the next day. I needed cleaned towels. Came back to the hotel only to find out it was not cleaned at all! 5. I had to keep asking housekeeping to clean my room for the entire stay. (We stayed 5 nights) I have never stayed at a place where they disregard clients requests

The property was well maintained overall. We had to switch rooms due to the keycard reader not working. Also the sink had an issue that maintenance repaired promptly. The indoor pool water was not heated so we did not swim. Staff was very helpful and friendly
