was sold a product at the bar that did not exist, the server just decided to replace it with something else instead. was offered and sent to a queen bed as an ‘upgrade’ when I had chosen a room with king bed. situation fixed but not before they told me it was an upgrade and they were fully booked

The room smelled moldy and we discovered why. The shower leaks into the entry underneath the carpet. The carpet was stained and wet after we showered. The baseboards were rusted as well. Would’ve liked complimentary coffee in the lobby for the price.

Arilington is difficult to get around without a call, and Ubers are pricey. To get to the Stadiums this is a good hotel to stay at. We stayed in a suite the first night that was clean but very dated. The second night was two queens, it was in better condition. Hotel was clean and central to events. Food was just meh but it was available on site.

Hotel was walking distance to Dallas stadium but if you have any physical mobility issues its too far. sometimes we would uber and walk back. There were no restaurant close by but the Hotel restaurant was very good. Staff was friendly. The rooms clean. I would definitely stay again. Walmart across the street from Dallas stadium. Baseball arena in the area before you get to the Dallas stadium with restaurant near.

Overall Ok.. bathrooms needed to be cleaned better
The facilities and hotel amenities were amazing. However, the bathroom was a bit unkempt and was not appealing to take a shower in. We stayed on the 4th floor.

Busy game day. Tried to check in prior, no rooms ready - no biggie. Following the game- they no longer had the king I booked. I could get two doubles or wait another hour. Completely ruined the evening at that point. We finally was able to check in well after 8:45 pm. Would t be so bad but they charge an outrageous amount and I booked specifically for the convenience. I don’t know that I will stay again. Hotel is.nice, but they don’t seem to care about taking care of their customers.

If you want a very clean room, convenient location, for food, or shopping, or to see the Dallas Cowboys as i was, cant beat it. Great coffee shop, and buffet, staff super helpful. Might mention, wish i had gotten her name, the young lady cleaning rooms on my 17th floor, brought to me at ground level a pack of smokes, i had dropped in my room. Unbelievable service by her.
