Restaurant & Transportation considerably lacking

Poor breakfast offering to include daily buffet and room service
Great evening bar staff but sub par restaurant operations for lunch and dinner. Room service menu was acceptable for these meal periods but who wants to eat in their room or arrange transportation every meal period? There were 3 nice restaurants within a short stroll of the hotel.
Hotel transportation was sparse and, one day, completely unavailable
No hotel airport transport, front desk set up obnoxious driver in a filthy SUV that was speeding recklessly while relentleesly trying to sell us local NFL tickets to the Dallas/NY Giants game playing that weekend. Then charged us (2 of us, 1 bag) $75 + $15 "automatic" gratuity. Glad we didn't buy tickets as that game was actually held in NY. Found local taxi that was courteous, knowledgeable and safely efficient. He charged 40 bucks to which I gladly added $20 noncompulsory gratuity.
Would prefer to pay $20 more on daily room rate than have to pay &15 daily in Uber transportation for meals/shopping/entertaimment.
