We love this hotel

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness
Perfect location for us. Close to the 121 and N Dallas Tollway. Staff is just wonderful-friendly and helpful with everything. We selected the "green" option for room cleaning (didn't have sheets changed every day" and received money to use at their restaurant. Delicious food and sweetest waitress. Room is spacious and beautifully decorated. Tim loved that they had the Wall St Journal on each floor by the elevators. Huge bathroom with large shower and double sink. We also love the area outside the front door-it is located off the road in a cute brick courtyard with several upscale restaurants and a fountain-very peaceful

One night on our way home.

Pros: comfortable bed.
Cons: Club house hor dourves
Location: Plenty of resturatnts
The dresser was worn. The room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The upgrade to the Club room was not worth the price. I would stay here again.

Needs better soundproofing

Overall the hotel is nice, but the roar of traffic on the nearby highway was very loud and kept me up. I actually thought the window in my room might have been open a crack but when I checked it was closed.

Great location - close to great places to eat

Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Your wait staff at breakfast. Never talked to us, until we helped ourselves. Then proceeded to lecture us.
Location: Great places to eat.
Great stay - close to everything. The bar needs some more life though. Lastly, you should have signs are wait staff that tell you about the breakfast. Not a good practice to have a guy come over after we sat there for 10 minutes and then got our own food to yell at us.

Christmas Trip

Very relaxing couple of days. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.Breakfast was very good as well as evening snacks. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Pros: room was very nice. bed/bedding exemplary; surrounding area was beautiful; easy to find.
Cons: free breakfast; better parking facilities; more coffee in room
Location: We were there to enjoy the Christmas lights in Frisco
good overall experience. We arrived late & left early.

Restaurant & Transportation considerably lacking

Poor breakfast offering to include daily buffet and room service Great evening bar staff but sub par restaurant operations for lunch and dinner. Room service menu was acceptable for these meal periods but who wants to eat in their room or arrange transportation every meal period? There were 3 nice restaurants within a short stroll of the hotel. Hotel transportation was sparse and, one day, completely unavailable No hotel airport transport, front desk set up obnoxious driver in a filthy SUV that was speeding recklessly while relentleesly trying to sell us local NFL tickets to the Dallas/NY Giants game playing that weekend. Then charged us (2 of us, 1 bag) $75 + $15 "automatic" gratuity. Glad we didn't buy tickets as that game was actually held in NY. Found local taxi that was courteous, knowledgeable and safely efficient. He charged 40 bucks to which I gladly added $20 noncompulsory gratuity. Would prefer to pay $20 more on daily room rate than have to pay &15 daily in Uber transportation for meals/shopping/entertaimment.
