This property was fantastic. The pictures on the website do not do it justice! The bed was so comfortable. I wish I did not have to get up and leave today. The blackout curtains that close nicely to keep the bright light out. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite and I highly recommend it. It had a ton of room, huge bathroom with a separate shower and deep tub. There is also a huge walk in closet. Great for storing everything you don't want out in your room. We did not get to use the pool, but look forward to checking it out on our next visit. The location seems pretty safe, I did not feel like we had to worry about someone breaking into the car or our room. The staff had been very friendly from the moment we walked in, when we needed a couple more towels, and every time we walked through the lobby. The room price was very competitive especially for what you get. At this time don't go off the pictures of the rooms on the website because it does not do the actual room justice!

I stayed for 3 nights and not once was my room cleaned. I had to go to front desk two nights in a row to ask for coffee for the next day.

The hotel is nice but they didn’t clean our room the 2nd day. We came back after a long day and had to call to get someone to bring towels. NEVER buy the breakfast in advance. Both days we tried to have it there was no food available so we asked for our $ back for the 3rd day. Supposedly they gave us credit for it but it hasn’t shown up on our credit card yet.

Property was great. They do have ongoing construction but it’s mostly in the back and out of sight to guests. The only issue I had was the tub didn’t drain and the shower wouldn’t fully turn on, but after making a call to the front desk, the maintenance came and immediately replaced the entire faucet and there were no further problems.

Nice, but no service
We were put in a brand new room that was just remodeled. Our phone in the hotel room did not work. I asked three different times that they were going to fix it and they did not if you wanted room service I had to go downstairs order it and wait for them to bring it up.

The staff was friendly but could not solve any of the issues that we had. We booked a 2 queen room and we were given a single king room for a reservation of 4, we were given breakfast vouchers to make up for this and told that a roll away bed would be in our room when we arrived, it was not and there were none available when we inquired. They gave us 2 comforters to solve the bed issue….this is not a solution. The tv did not work and they were not able to fix it. The staff was friendly, but not super helpful and we do not feel like we have been compensated for our trouble. We were told to expect more communication from the hotels staff in coming days.
