Matter of Preference

The hotel and room looked great, the only issue for me is the lack of control over the HVAC. The room limited you to how low you can change the settling and there was no option for manual fan. This is a matter of preference, I prefer a cold room with the sound of the HVAC or fan on. The room's AC would run for a few mins and shut off for a few mins. It cycle this way all night. I could hear guest in other rooms and hallway because of how quiet it was. I would consider staying the hotel again, I would just bring my own small fan to cancel out any outside noise.

Poor Customer Service

Very bad experience. Front desk cannot even perform simple tasks like managing a reservation. they have absolutely no clue about their own policies. Im never going to recommend this to anyone.

Genuine, courteous and welcoming staff who displayed professionalism. I chose a room with Club access and happy that I did - good variety of snacks - the hot breakfast menu was typical eggs/bacon/potatoes with assorted pastries but still yummy for a wkend treat especially since the Club access was on same room floor- convenient yet private.

Good location, but noisy.

Pros: The location. The room is very comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast could be improved.
Location: Shopping, eating.
Very nice hotel with great location. But the breakfast is a little too simple. And it's a little noisy because of the construction outside.

Location: It's right there in the furniture shopping and minor league sports. Lots to do
The hotel and staff are fantastic!!! It's very clean and just has a cozy feel to it. The staff go out their way to make you feel like you are wanted their. I will use them again. I hope you try them yourself.

Nice Hotel in quite neighborhood

Upon arriving the manager of front desk was really nice and very welcoming, asked about the reason for my stay there and I told him I was recently married, he surprised us with wine and chocolate strawberries.. A very nice surprise and gift and at checkout was very nice and sweet to us, these people went above and beyond my expectations I would love to stay there again..best experience thus far

Nice hotel close to everywhere and very accessible

One night stay

Pros: staff, size of room, very pet friendly
Cons: appetizers, were pizza and French fries, was hoping for a glass of wine also
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. I booked a room on the executive floor which had nice snack amenities, that I could drop in anytime, day or night. The rate included appetizers, which vary from day to day and includes soft drinks and or water, unlimited internet, and warm breakfast buffet the following day. Very pet friendly, nice shuttle to area restaurants, though there are several near the property, driver was very pleasant and professional. Manager hires great staff throughout, and it shows.
