room was very smelly

Pros: nothing. it was old and the hall ways smelled very bad
Cons: change all the carpet and remodel
The smell in the room was foul- like if pets had been living there for a month and they had just pour cheap perfume to mask the odor. I checked in a 2 am and was exhausted so I just went to sleep. the next day I reported the issue and waited for hrs. finally went back to the desk and finally was moved to a different room.

Sucked

Asked for wheelchair asscesible room and didnt get one. Had to move stuff to get to bathroom. Barely get in shower. Breakfest was terrible.

Clean room, good location, mediocre experience

Room was a good size for two people. Drain in shower didn't work. Standing water. Stayed on third floor, the hallway smelled of vomit and mildew. Parking was $8 a day when you parked your own car. No free breakfast here. Breakfast was $15 a person with no other options. I would look for other options before staying here again

Overall, it is a nice hotel

The room (suite) was nice, but the sofa was severely stained and there were long strands of hair in the bathtub when I arrived. The sofa needs to be replaced, and the housekeeper needs to ensure the bathtub is clean before he/she exits each room.

Nothing spectacular. Just too quiet for my liking Hotel officials a bit too slow. However we were not disturbed in any way.

Nice staff, room was very nice and clean, hallways need updating but they did say updates were in progress, breakfast buffet was excellent.

hotel needs help!

The hotel rooms need major overhaul! Room was filthy! Stained carpets and sofa, dirty tub and hair on the floor. Bed was "bowl" shaped eith major sagging! My back is wrecked! Had to call for bedding for the sofa bed and was told they put new sheets on it at each occupant change ... Who does that? Always the bedding is in a bag so you know it is clean since the last occupant! But the worst was the A/C vent in the bedroom... Absolutely BLACK with mold amd dripping condensation down the wall and onto the carpet which was also blackened! We slept with the air off to prevent the mold spores from flying around in the air flow! Woke up with a head ache and stuffy nose. Told the deak on our way out that morning and when we came back they had made somewhat of an attempt to clean the area. Another day we came back to the room late at night after being out all day to find the maid never serviced our room...when we called the desk I felt like I was imposing on them to at least send up fresh towels! We did not use any other services of the hotel so I cannot comment on them and it does not matter to me as the rooms were so bad i would not consider staying here ever again!
