The hallway carpets are badly stained throughout. The room was in horrible condition. Stains on the carpet, stains on the couch. The headboard in a plastic leather fabric was stained and scratched. In the morning we discovered that the bathroom sink and tub were not draining. Management moved us to another room for the next two nights. The new room was in a better state, however the WiFi didn't work properly and the bedroom TV had a lose connection which caused the signal to be spotty. On the last morning we had to call down for coffee packets because the chamber maid had neglected to replenish. This property isn't worthy of the Sheraton banner and it's badly in need of a total re-model.
