FAST BUSINESS/PLEASURE TRIPPosted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Elevator fixed
Location: We wanted IHOP and one was 2 miles away. Perfect!
Decided to make a last minute trip a day early for a relaxing night and the hotel was the perfect location, clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms, (OMG) perfect! Staff was great at the breakfast buffet as well. Will definitely come back

Not worth the $480.00 for three daysPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The front desk staff was excellent both male and female. The African American gentleman showed real professionalism.
Cons: That female Hispanic lady in the white shirt get rid of her. Not the regular servers. They were really helpful. The same rules for each guest.
Location: Medieval times was next door. Great
I was told that I would be picked up from the DFW airport. Not so. They only pick up at the Love Airport. I came in late and had to find transportation to the hotel. I went to the restaurant for breakfast. I was told that I couldn't purchase a continental breakfast even though it was listed in my availabilities when I chose the hotel. Some people was allowed but I wasn't. I paid 16.99 plus tax for two days and found out that other people were allowed to purchase a continental breakfast for 6.50. I didn't eat there the last day. They are forcing people to choose to pay the 16.99 or go hungry. The Hispanic female supervisor was the worst. She was rude and talked at a tone to escalate a situation. My training taught me just to walk away.

Nice hotel near market centerPosted Aug 21, 2015
Quality hotel, all suite rooms, good location near market center and downtown. Generally nice facility, however only one of two elevators working all weekend, and water drainage from tub and sink in bathroom very slow. I would recommend, but worth looking at other options.

Dirtiest Hotel I have ever stayed in.Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: I have to mention two positives. The linen on the bed was of good quality and appeared quite new and freshly laundered. The hotel also offers a compli
Cons: Cleanliness. Security for the vehicles in the hotel parking lot.
The Hotel shows signs of age with wear and tear visible everywhere. Starts with the out of order lift, luggage trolley not working and worn carpet at the front door. I understand properties age and show wear but this is no excuse for the dirt and grime that followed. I stayed in a club level room. There was no secure access to the club level. People were coming and going as they pleased leaving with plates piled high with the complimentary food. Staff were more interested in their phones than cleaning away dirty dishes. There were only knifes available and when I pointed this out the lady shrugged at me and continued texting. The floor and especially the area next to the sliding windows was black with dirt and grime. The windows have not seen a cloth in a long while either. The room was not much better. Main areas are clean but when I looked into the corners in the bathroom, area behind the toilet and around the bath it was quite shocking. The cleaning seems to have a bare minimum and highlights only method. In the morning I found my car badly scratched down the side. It looked like someone had used a key. I looked around and saw 3 other vehicles that had been similarly damaged in the hotel parking lot. Hotel staff said its not their problem. I can call 911.

Older hotel. Close to downtownPosted Aug 4, 2015
The room faced a busy highway. I think this is where they put the Expedia customers. The door was shut tight but did little for the noise. The hot tub was out of order the entire four days we were there. The pool was closed one of the four days. On my last day I was awoken by carpet cleaners at 8:20 am outside my door. The in room coffee was refilled with decaf. Room service was hard to communicate with and the pizza was horrible. The bar was out of beer and did not know how to make a margarita. Not the usual Sheraton hotel experience.

Lobby a ton nicer than rooms.Posted Jul 29, 2015
Looks like money was spent on common areas, but my room was in stained, smelly and generally left me feeling gross.

Engagement WeekendPosted Jul 28, 2015
My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Suites for our son's engagement weekend in Dallas. The location was awesome and the hotel was equally great. We were able to check in early and the room was fantastic. Steven at the desk assisted us with several things and answered several questions. It was just a fantastic weekend. Will stay there again on our next trip to Dallas.
