Cozy and cleanPosted Nov 24, 2015
The room was clean and cozy. Very comfortable. I just wish the lighting was a little better. It seemed very dark in the room and as a female was hard to put on makeup.

Complimentary breakfast for travellersPosted Nov 17, 2015
I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast for international travellers like me! Though unrelated to above title, I was locked out of my room 3 times, had to go back to the reception for key reset.

Loved the bed! Rooms were very comfortable. Front desk staff, kitchen/wait staff were all friendly. I'd stay here again.

Visiting relativesPosted Nov 2, 2015
The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice but needed some updates and minor repairs. Breakfast is not free/complimentary. We enjoyed the inside pool and jacuzzi.

DecentPosted Oct 27, 2015
Pros: I liked that it was dog-friendly.
Cons: Update the mattresses...
Location: Good location- near the aquarium and shopping.
Hotel had a warm, and professional staff, was dog-friendly, but the bed was uncomfortable.

Hotel was close to the activities we wanted to do.Posted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: Room was large enough for three people to be comfortable.
Cons: Update/upgrade the pull out couch.
Location: Texas State Fair, various restaurants and bars.
Hotel was close to the activities we wanted to do while in Dallas. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pull-out couch had some age to it, but other than that everything was fine. Complimentary coffee in the morning was nice. Our room did not face the highway, but there was still a lot of road noise.

across from Hilton AnatolePosted Oct 20, 2015
Pros: across from Hilton Anatol where had a conference so it was convenient
Cons: rooms are loud because of outside highway - maybe double windows would help
Location: besides Hilton and other hotels there is hardly anything in walking distance, so it is good to have a car or use taxi, 5 - 10 min drive gets to town
across from Hilton Anatol where had a conference so it was convenient it is not a nice place and food is bad so if not for the fact that it was less expensive then Hilton I would not stay there but the staff was very nice and helpful

Well I heard the hotel has a new owner that is doing some beautiful renovations, however the actual rooms have not been updated. I was very disappointed with the 5th floor smell as we came out of the elevator, although our room did smell nice. The carpets were stained and table and walls scrached up. For the amount of money we spent I thought it would be nicer, but the front desk employee was terrific and friendly and he was very helpful.
