Customer service lackluster.Posted Jun 3, 2015 on Hotels
Would probably stay at a different hotel next time I'm in Dallas. The other Springhill Suites I have stayed in have had much better customer service.

Nice hotel in not so nice area.Posted Jun 1, 2015
Stayed here because it's close to Gas Monkey Bar and Grill and was going to a concert. Very nice hotel but with the recent flooding was slightly difficult to get to. Also not the nicest part of Dallas but no fault of the hotel! Was worried about leaving my car parked there but everything was fine. I would stay there again!

Worked out great for our familyPosted May 20, 2015 on Hotels
Pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy (just off major highway and liquor store next door) but everything was great. Enjoyed going a bit down the road for authentic TexMex restaurants.

Very disappointedPosted May 5, 2015
Pros: Near restaurants but none within walking distance.
Cons: Most of all the dreadful smell! Housekeeping had to know! Perhaps better windows and or drapes to help with outside noise.
Location: Fairly close to Love Field airport
We needed a room near Love Field for a very early flight out. We would have been much better off fighting Dallas traffic at 6am for our 30 mile trip. What we got was a very noisy room that smelled terrible. We thought cranking the air up would air it out, but sadly, no. Between the emergency vehicle sirens, VERY early trash pickup and the smell of death, we got no sleep and would not recommend it to anyone. The staff was pleasant but we are even disappointed in them because of the smelly room they gave us. Hard to believe that Marriott would attach it's name to this place.
