The only issue we had was the wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Everything else was great. Not the best neighborhood, but that can't be held against the hotel. Very nice front desk worker.

Bad hotel downtown Dallas

No hot water, computer desk light not working, water fill on iron broken, double charge on valet parking, finally hotel linens have a very funny smell.

Hotel close the House of Blue and the Aquarium

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff!

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was really comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: The location is fantastic. The hotel is near some really great restaurants and attractions.
The SpringHill Suites in Downtown Dallas was a pleasure to stay at. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Our room was very comfortable. The hotel staff members were exceptional in the service and their overall interactions with guests. We can't say enough good things about the people who work there!
