Stylish and Modern design . Entire house for your family. Take a dip in the salt water heated pool or just enjoy relax time on the patio. Grill master can cook steaks, burgers & corns on the built-in outdoor grill while cooking beans on side burner. Cold drinks can be in built-in drink chest. Also enjoy the pool table , foosball , other games & treadmill . Then settle in for a great night of TV or Stream a movie. 1king, 2queens, 2sets of bunker w trundles , two full size sleep sofas and one queen airbed. The pool or spa can be scheduled to be heated only between 10am to 9.30pm upon request . The heater system only accommodates the entire pool at 78-82 degree or spa to 95-99 degree . When the outside temperature is lower than 40 degrees, we will not be heating the pool or spa because it can be detrimental to the heating system . Heat fee is $80 per day for pool & spa. If you only want the spa heat fee $50 per day.
House Nightly rate covers the first 8 guests , additional guests are $20 per night per person. Pre approval is required for visitors. Visitors who stay over 9pm will be charged as additional guests.

Great place to stay!
,We, as a family were very happy with this property. The hoss was easy to get a hold of, and very responsive. The only suggestions have is I would be to change the type of sheets on the beds. They are a little hot and seem not to breath well. Other than that all went well. And because there are only 2 bathroom it is better for only 8-10 people.

Perfect home away from home!
Very cute house in a quiet well kept neighborhood, close to everything! The house was perfect for our weekend stay for my daughters prom. House is well stocked, lots of beds, great game room. The pool and spa were great, lots of fun and just what we wanted. We would for sure rent again and highly recommend. The communication from the host was wonderful, very quick responses. Easy check in and out. We had a wonderful weekend!

Phenomenal stay
We had a birthday celebration. Home is decorated nicely. Cozy pool area. Inspire of the drizzling rain, we got to enjoy little pool time. I let host know in advance that we would like to use pool area as heating up the pool and spa can take time. It is nearly impossible and not safe keeping it on at all times. Host was very responsive and very pleasing to talk to. Have I mentioned the game room???? Kids had a blast. Home is well insulated. We are very pleased with our stay and will consider it for our other events in the future.

Dont believe the title
Title advertized heated pool & spa, but upon check in it was not. Manager said in the house rules it stated to heat spa was $50 A DAY and to add pool it would be $80 A DAY! That should have been promently posted not buried in the fine print. We could have stayed at a hotel cheaper. On another note, had to change dates and owner/manager was prompt and accommodating.
