Morning staff is amazing!

The most memorable thing about my stay was breakfast and the lady working tent front desk (mid-age wht lady) she's been working there for a while was so nice! Showed me how to use their waffle machine, and just overall so nice to myself and everybody that came in....treated us like family! Room was comfortable, and quiet! Would definitely come back just because of the staff.

I do not feel the room is worth 79.99 a night.

The rooms are too small for. 79.99 Only 2 small drawers for clothes so you have ti scrunch in.

Great Stay.

Great Stay Perfect Staff, Misty at the front desk was extremely helpful and very communicative. Walls are a bit thin but overall a perfect spot I will use this again.

convenient and comfortable room

The room was really nice and comfortable. However the bathroom looked like you were in the midst of a remodel, but never quite finished it. Overall the room was quite comfortable.

The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. We rented the "suite" because our stay spanned several days and we wanted the extra room. Very disappointed with the suite. In the room description you are led to believe you are getting extra room, when actually any extra space in the room is taken by a huge water jet tub.

We apologize if you were led to believe we have two roomed suites. We have just the one, but our Jacuzzi suite is a guest favorite. Easy access. Very friendly staff.

Pros: Location and hotel staff friendliness.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: walking distance to several restaurants
Continental breakfast small and not appealing. The hotel was clean and staff were very accommodating and friendly. They do have shuttle available from airport .

Cons: Nearly all of the desk personnel plus the owner/manager do not speak English well. That makes it hard to converse and make yourself understood.
I was greeted by the same blonde young lady from our last stay--she recognized me which was quite nice. Our room was clean just had a stale smell when the door was opened but quickly went away. I do wish they would improve their breakfasts and add some substantial foods. I have always had a pleasant stay at this Super 8.

Due to "miscommunication" our room was not cleaned nor were there fresh towels put back in our room the second day of our stay. No other explanation was given for why our room wasn't tended to. Was kind of disappointed overall...

Is there any way that you can expand on this? We need to research your issues. We never want our guests to leave dissatisfied. I encourage you to give some more info such as; was the room under your name? what was your room number? did you have a do not disturb sign on your door at any point?
