My stay was actually really good. The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was fairly clean. It easnt perfect but for the price it was better than expected. The area around the property is dirty and the parking area was a little rough. Over all i would stay here again!

I’m remembered when I go there and I don’t get. Barged for my dog. I don’t like how stuff in rooms are missing or broke and not fixed and only 2 towels are left in room no conditioner or other hygiene left properly blood splatter. It cleaned properly. And when u say something they do nlthing

Nothing really to like—very nondescript. Semi-clean. TV didn’t work very well. Strange “character” sitting outside on floor of balcony around the corner from our room, smoking pot that wafted into our room late at night!

Room was comfortable and clean, close to events and restaurants, easy travel. Only issue was our window on ground floor could NOT LOCK. That was uncomfortable feeling. Turned issue into front desk.

The location was convenient. Our room was clean, but they missed food in the refrigerator from previous guests. They corrected this quickly. It was quiet for the most part, except for the trash truck at 3am, not 20 ft from our room. For the first 4 days there was a smoker in another room and the smoke smell would stink up our bathroom if we did not turn on the exhaust fan (which is extremely loud). Having gas, a Sonic, and Aldis within walking distance was a huge plus. The breakfast at the hotel was minimal, but IHOP and Waffle House are not far. Personally, the gray tones in our room made it feel gloomy and depressing to me. One wall of color would go a long way. The bed and pillows were top notch, which is always the most important point, and the wall color didn’t matter when the lights were out. The staff was very kind and polite, very accommodating. Location and price made it a great value.

This property is located in a really nice spot. All the fast food chains are within two minutes by car. There’s a Kroger grocery store across the street as well as a Walgreens and Aldi’s nearby. Walmart and Sam’s Club are a few minutes away. It’s also a five minute drive to the Premium Outlet Mall. It was a busy place and I didn’t like being on the backside of the building but I would stay here again.

Continental breakfast does not compare to other other Super 8s. Limited choices, poor quality fruit when it was available, coffee cups 6oz. No attendant.

Room was acceptably clean but what shocked me the most was the toilet and shower area didn't drain the first time I used them. My p**p was casually floating on the toilet for a time being because that was 5:30 in the morning and no one then was available to fix it. I left for the day and glad that at least, when I came back it was finally fixed. Everything else was okay, nothing spectacular. Ot was just a good location for when I was on a meeting nearby.

Room smelled wonderful when I entered. Very comfortable. Located next to two convenient stores a vape store and an Arby’s but still quiet enough at night. Pet fee is 20 dollars. Breakfast available also. Courtesy check out call.

Checked in and got to our room to rest. As soon as I pulled back the covers I noticed the linens were filthy. We tried to call the front desk and our phone didn’t work so my husband had to walk all the way around. The manager came and said he can only change the sheets. I asked for new linens for both beds and he was hesitant. Then went on to stay that they do not change the blanket or comforter for each stay. Only once or twice a week. He confirmed that those blankets were more than likely 100% used by the previous guest. Disgusting! He then got mad and told us he would refund us and he could find another hotel. So we were left stranded looking for another. DO NOT RECOMMEND! The Uber who picked us up told us that the hotel was a druggie and prostitution hotel. Great!
