Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk took forever to check me in. I could stand for it. The outstanding thing was when he told me “NO SMOKING”.
When I left for my room, it turned out the whole property smelled to marijuana. When I got into the room, it also smelled, the furniture was worn and torn.
Since I felt so uncomfortable I contacted hotels.com and they relocated me to another hotel. It was the worst hotel experience ever but the best one when it came to hotels.com customer service.
