Loved the overall style and service of this hotel. It's located in a prime spot in Dallas. Wish we had the choice to self park, though. $25 per day for Valet is a bit much. Room service was good, business and workout facilities were nice and upscale. The spa was great, too. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, as well. I was very pleased with my 2 night stay here. The little things like fresh ice water in the lobby and occasional coffee or hot chocolate, was a treat. PS - If you're in the lobby most nights after 9 pm, they have free cookies and milk available for guests.

We don't have alot of room around us for self parking but our valets are available to help you 24/7. I love that you enjoyed the complimentary touches we provide for our guests in the Lobby.
