trouble with the valet parking

Our stay at the hotel was fine yet the valet situation certainly put a downer on the occasion. We contacted the valet services so that our car be brought up. The car was brought up alright yet they gave out the vehicle remote (keyless system) to the car before us. Of course our car would not start and they had to track down the other guest at North Park Mall and switch out the the remotes. The Guess Services Director offered to drive us home. We simply wanted our own vehicle so we could go home. I had promises from him and the Hotel manager to "get back with me"as to how they were going to "take care of us".... Still waiting.... The valet charges still remain on the bill.
If you were at a fine steak restaurant and the steak isn't cooked right, they often deduct that item off the tab to compensate for the experience. I felt as though we were being "handled". I have yet to hear from any management representative. Disappointing for a hotel that claims to cater to its clients
