Location: very good location.
Very good service, excellent as always. The massage at the spa was very good.

A fabulous stay at the Ritz Carlton. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The extra touches such as the free car rides in a Rolls Royce, use of the spa facilities for free on checking out day, late checkout with no charge, and very helpful concierge's made it better than expected. The only slight downside was the quality of the pool area outside and the noisy building work going on over the road

Vickie came to my room and was so nice to help me with my tv and Patrick in club level went out of his was to be curtious and very helpful!! 5 stars for service:))
