Not what I booked

Through Hotels.com I was told that the room I was booking which was MORE would have golf course views and it did not. The door to our window was difficult to open. Trash was still in our trash bin it had not been emptied. The roll of toilet tissue also had not been replaced.

Nothing to write home about

I was put out by the fact that we chose this hotel based on the swimming pool accommodations and there being a little slide. Upon arrival, no slide. I also was disappointed in the temperature of the room. It was so hot and took several hours (us leaving and coming back for the room to get somewhat cool). The mattress comfort (or lack thereof)was another disappointment and the food (Maggiano's take out boxes) set right outside our doorway upon arrival. I won't stay here again.
