What a let down.

Pros: The staff are professional, polite and friendly. The lobby is beautiful.
Cons: The floors outside the rooms smell like wet, dirty feet. The bed was hard as rock with stains on the sheets.
The hotel staff are wonderful. The room, however, was disappointing.

Excellent hotel in quiet neighborhood

My husband and I stayed for one night and had an outstanding stay. It's in a quiet area, The shops at Legacy was a little down the road on legacy drive with plenty of higher end eating places. Legacy road had a couple of other options. What I was pleased with the most was the room size!

Wonderful room. Pleasant staff. Nice and quiet. Went to pool area staff were all smiles and quickly offered me water and assistance.

Great pool, gym, and service

The pool was awesome! Kids loved it, especially the pool side movie. The gym was the best ive seen at a hotel. Great service all around.
