Very nice hotel. Was clean. My last day there, somehow a huge cockroach was in the bathroom. Probably came in thru the shower drain. Make sure you keep the drains covered when not in used. Keep pests and other small animals out

The refrigerator made an extremely loud buzzing sound that didn’t stop the whole time I was there. Also, roaches in the bathroom shower.

The toilet was nonfunctional for a day and a half. They fixed it eventually, but wouldnt let me hsve a different room.

Had a great experience it was our first time staying here, and we loved how clean it was it also had everything we needed from Plates, to kitchen appliances. We will definitely stay again.

Housekeeping didn't come yo our room one ting in our four day stay. We needed towels and trash removed but they never came. On our last day there the complementary breakfast was out of everything but cereal and breads.

The stay started off okay. That turned quickly, we woke up the first morning here and the roof was leaking from an already patched spot and the smoke detector. I wish I would have took pictures but in the moment I did not think about it. I contacted from desk and their first response was “I’ll send maintenance up to patch it”. Um, no thank you, I would rather switch rooms. Which in return made us miss some of our plans because we had to switch rooms. The new room was I a completely different building. We had to move all our stuff in the pouring rain. When we get to the new room we are smacked with an odor that lingered the whole stay and got worse when the air conditioning was on. There were spots on the comforter, a couple of the outlets were not working for us, and the walls are paper thin. You could hear everything the people in neighboring rooms were saying and doing. Also, being in this separate building means we have to walk outside each time we need to go to the front desk, gym, laundry, ice, breakfast, etc. The last night here the hallway started smelling like paint thinner or remover, but no renovation being done. All in all, we will not be back to this hotel. The manager also is unresponsive and unwilling to help.

I really enjoyed my room and the property was clean and kept up. I was across the street at another property and it was dirty in bad shape so I decided to move. I was very happy that decided to change property. Breakfast was good I really liked the chocolate milk it made my stay. Staff was wonderful very helpful pleasant and happy. Ever staff member smiled very polite and welcoming. Worth my money and I will be back.

Here for the World Series. Good breakfast. Easy check in. Just found it a little odd that an employee knocked on our day at 9 am asking what time we’ll be checking out, even though reservation said check out is at noon. Overall, good place.

Hallway litte dark and not too attractive but overall reccomend it. Maybe top floor; sounded like a heard of buffalo upstairs. It is a good hotel. It is located on the worst excuse for a street in DFW and maybe Texas.?

Thank you for response. I am GM and everything not true. I have been working quite hard with my team to give great service. Other guest and there are many have said great and wonderful things about our hotel. Not to mention we are also in the process of remodeling the whole hotel. It has been my experience that when a guest says this about our hotel which also never happens it's because a guest was breaking rules or something like that.

I LOVED, LOVED this property. The Staff, the willingness' to help. Specially the tall girl in the front desk. I wished I remember her name. Clean property but if you have a good staff that's everything in my book, Will definitely stay here again when visiting Dallas.
