Aged and overpriced

Pros: Location was good for walking to eat and drink.
Cons: The fact that they have a large car park attached to the hotel is great, problem is they wont let you park your car. You have to pay valet $29 to park
Second stay at a Warwick Hotel and the same conditions. Aged and low staffing and little attention to detail.

From the moment we arrived, everyone and everything was over the top. I will stay here again. In fact, this hotel exceeds most places I've stayed. I picked it because of the price and another 5 star I normally stay at was booked. This hotel is my first pick from now on... regardless of the price. Top Notch!!

Lovely location, with old school attention to detail. The staff and amenities make it the only place I stay when in Dallas. Don't miss the Library Bar.

Very disappointing for their rating...

Pros: Was way to irritated and annoyed to see anything positive
Cons: Hire maintenance people or upgrade your old fixtures.
our room was across a wedding room with loud music and loud inconsiderate wedding guests in the hallways till late night. Towels were horrible and worse than sandpaper, ceiling fan was about to take off from the ceiling and way too noisy to have on, loud lower level party went on too late (in addition to the wedding across the hall). Toilet was leaking excessively and flushed itself every 20 minutes or so all night long, the list goes on and own... The hotel is very old but instead of charm you experience poor maintenance and disregard for guest comfort.

Pros: the bed was comfortable
Cons: owner needs to upgrade the property
Location: there are great restaurants nearby
The hotel is in a great location but is somewhat dated and possibly needs a major makeover.
