Very nice hotel, and very friendly staff. The valet parking service texting system needs a little work. Four out of the five times I needed my car, after texting them to bring it around front, I still had to wait. That being said, the valet staffers were very nice, and totally courteous. After hours room service was not up to par. I called for room service five times within a 30 minute window, and nobody answered the phone in room service. I ended up getting dressed and going out after 11pm to get something to eat.
