Comfortable and 'at home' feel

Pros: Comfort and room feeling welcoming and spacious.
Cons: Staff could put a bit more effort into welcoming weary travelers. Breakfast is mediocre. (Not a fan of Best Western, but breakfast is much better!)
Location: Dallas offers a great shopping experience at the Galleria, with an ice rink in the middle; The Dallas World Aquarium; Stock Show & Rodeo
In 4 days time we stayed in 3 hotels and, while one was a bit 'classier', this was the most 'at home' feeling. It was clean, comfortable beds and a great place to 'land', as we were very weary. Little things would have made all the difference... Some staff avoided eye contact, offered no smile with greeting, however, we've all had bad days so this makes no negative impact for future stays. (I have 'down days' too.) Other staff (like breakfast server) went out of the way to show care for guests. When we return to DFW, I would love to stay again!

Awful staff

Well, let's say I will Never return there. On the first day, we noticed the toilet wasn't flushing. When we asked to be switched rooms, we were told to wait until the following day because it was too late to do anything about it. We ended up using the public bathroom for that night. On the second day, we were moved in a new room only to find hair in the tub and a beetle next to the mini fridge... On our last day, I wanted to print our boarding passes but there was no toner in the printer. When I advised the front desk about it, they said they couldn't do anything about the situation. I had to call out their incompetence and force then to use their private printer so I could get my boarding passes. Worse hotel ever...

Near airport

The hotel is comfortable and near the DFW airport. I needed a overnight place to stay and this was a good choice. I would stay again.

There was dried blood in several places. The wall, the toilet, the bathroom floor. AC made load noises all the time, was awesome to sleep to...

Convenient for My Visit to Coppell

Pros: Convenience to my destination and to the airport.
Cons: Needs a facelift. It is old and shows it.
Location: Not much to do nearby but it is next to a major highway.
Nice hotel but it needs a facelift. Carpets, furniture and paint are old.

Rooms Need a Deep Cleaning

The walls were dirty. The bathtub was black. The carpet was stained and not well vaccumed. Asked the front desk for a different room, and it was dirtier than the 1st. Their standards for cleanliness are extremely low.
