Embarrassment of a place

Booked suite with jetted tub. First room I got was regular, dirty, & a long way from elevator or stairs. Transferred. 2nd room I got was barely a suite, TV was not watchable from the bed, and no jetted tub at all. 3rd room we moved to was finally the suite we booked. Tub did have jets but was too small for 1 person let alone 2 skinny people! There is no hot tub and their outdoor pool is not heated. Staff was snotty, didn't take blame for the mistakes, said that "Expedia was giving out suites when they weren't supposed to be." They also questioned if we "messed up the rooms??" that we were literally in for 2 minutes each. Get off your duff, do your job, & check them yourself. Oh & all the ice machines were broken and the keys barely worked in every room we tried. Would never recommend this place unless you wanted something in the Motel 6 range. Stay away.

Good for the price

I've stayed here many times and the prices of rooms are not bad and is located right near the airport. Hotel has a weird small but not in the rooms. The bathroom could use an update and could be cleaned better. Staff is very helpful and their breakfast is not bad as well.

Close to DFW airport

Complimentary shuttle service, very prompt, courteous drivers Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Pros: Near to city
Cons: Restroom roof should not have leaks
The roof in the rest room was leaking. The rest of the room was clean and pretty good though.

Good hotel for business near DFW

Pros: Clean, pretty good price once you factor in the free amenities.
Cons: The bath towels were not too good - thin and scratchy.
Location: Close to the airport and the expressway. No dining within walking distance except Denny's, or the expensive Westin hotel restaurant cross the road.
It's not flashy, but a good value for the price. Facilities were all clean and well-maintained. I found the staff to be friendly. I arrived early, and the only option for storing my luggage was to put it in the business office - unwatched and unguarded. No thanks. But, the desk clerk did go out of her way to find a way to check me in early and get to a room. The breakfast was standard continental fare. Note that the free shuttle to the airport is a shared service with several other hotels nearby, so it is not as fast or often as some of the others with a dedicated shuttle. A nice bonus - in the morning and evening, there is a free shuttle to local businesses. I was able to get all transport between airport, hotel, and nearby place of business covered with no out of pocket cost.

Underwhelming...

Rude staff at check in, mold in the bathroom and air conditioner, stains on the carpet and furniture, and constant noise from airplanes - this hotel has much to improve upon. Facilities staff was spraying for some kind of bugs in the lobby when I checked in. This was the first sign I should have went somewhere else. I arrived before the 3 pm check in as I had an early flight. The staff member at the front desk was completely rude. I asked to check in and was informed that the hotel check in time was 3pm and they do not offer early check ins. She did not even bother to check if a room was ready. I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel while they prepared a room. To this she said yes and told me I could put my luggage in the business center next to the front desk. I asked if would be secured. She again said yes. However when I went to place my luggage in the room the door was open with no staff member their to watch over the area. I didn't I didn't feel comfortable leaving my belongings there. The proximity to the airport was one reason for booking, however the hotel is so dated that the windows didn't eliminate outside noise from the planes or even traffic. The rest of the room was outdated and dirty. I even saw mold in the bathroom and could smell it coming from the air conditioner. I never sat on the furniture because of the stains rather used the bed instead. Poor experience. Would not recommend.

Horrible harassing staff.

One of the staff members accused me of having a party in the room which called and woke me up at 2 am threatening to call the police. But I was in the room alone sleeping. Then he got rude and said I could check out. Worst part is I was staying in a suite and got treated like I was in a hostel. Also the toilet was broken and I had to use a plunger every time I peed in it. And the jetted tub was broken. See pics.

me were in Dallas for a funeral so we did not really get a chance to see all that the hotel had to offer. overall it was a good place to stay.

Nice, close to the airport

Pros: Clean and neat.
Cons: Not enough to mention or complain about.
Location: Close to the airport; didn't have time to check out anything nearby.
I needed a place to get a few hours sleep before an early morning flight. Very clean hotel, comfortable and quiet room. Didn't have time to check out the breakfast area because of early flight. Staff very efficient and quick check in an check out. Close to DFW airport.
