Excellent location for a quick stay in Dallas. Not too far from the DFW airport and there are plenty of quality dining options nearby. Complete with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. The Comfort Inn & Suites is true to its name. Do consider it if you’re planning a trip to Dallas.
The property is quiet and clean but lacks in some areas. The in-room safes are permanently locked (out of service), the beds have three small pillows instead of standard size pillows, the wifi was non existent in our room (304) and our bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was nice but could benefit from upgraded toiletries.
The staff is very nice, very good clean lobby/eating area. For tea, breakfast, charging phone, tv etc.
Very nice area with lots of stores nearby. Many Indian restaurants and a store a block away too.
This is not clean and the worst hotel you could try to stay in by the airport. They only had trabsportstion from 9am to 7pm so I had to pay extra for an Uber both ways because of flight times. DO NOT BOOK HERE
It was an easy access for out of town travelers who do not know the area. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Plus ....the breakfast was perfect for the starting our day. This will be our place for staying next year when we attend our Scrapbook Expo Convention....
I asked repeatedly if there would be a shuttle at 8pm when I arrived in Dallas. I also had a 5am flight the next morning. When I arrived in Dallas I called to ask when was the next shuttle. I was told that they stopped at 5pm and they could not get me back to the airport in time to catch my flight. I was very clear with them and assured they had transportation to accommodate me. They lied and I ended up getting a room close to the airport for much more money. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL if you need transportation!Expedia was no help and should not recommend a hotel that is not truthful about their services.

My side of hotel and room faced a bennihanna restaurant about 30 yards away. at 2 am 4 am and 5 am on three nights i stayed bennihanna kitchen was cleaned by a truck with mounted pressure washer and long hoses. Noise woke me each night... and noise from pressure washer engine was Awful...needs to be addressed

Comfortable bed, helpful staff… had a good restful night. Would book again.
This property just tries to steal airport travelers with the lure they offer free shuttle service but they do not. NO SHUTTLE service. Do not book this when you are an airport traveler.
We booked a day prior to arrival and had an excellent experience. Fantastic location, price and ambiance and clean. We had just a few interactions with staff (check-in/out) but those were quick/helpful. Coming from out of state I had no preconceived notions of the area other than reviews I had read of the facility. BTW, we had none of the problems that bothered others. PS. We only stayed one night but it was literally 5 minutes from the Toyota Pavilion and after a long day sightseeing and an awesome night of music getting back to the room in 5 minutes was such a relief!
Saw a giant cockroach in the bathroom on our first night and had to leave the second day due to extremely loud construction right above us that woke us at 6am. Our entire stay was supposed to be 5 days.
2nd floor is a mess. Construction. Garbage. Put me there and I requested a move to another floor. If they put people on floor 2, they need to clean up there mess and garbage daily.
We stayed in a king room. It was very spacious, nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The lobby was clean and everything smelled new. Breakfast was good, they had Texas waffles which I love!
Hotel was overall good, but the fact that our room didn’t have a darkening curtain made it uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep in after arriving at 3:00 a.m. because the sun was shining bright soon after 6:00 a.m.
