Good hotel for business travelersPosted Oct 27, 2015
This place was so quiet it was spooky. Incredible beds, but not well made...sheets kept popping out, duvets were too heavy, etc. Very helpful staff. PLEASE use real butter at breakfast!!!

Older Hotel - Super Clean - Great StaffPosted Oct 20, 2015
Pros: Close to areas where I had business.
Cons: Improve quality of the free WI-FI connection!!!
Location: Several great places to eat near by as well as a few minutes drive.
Great breakfast, comfy beds, bigger TV's would be better, but the 32" sufficed. Do need to improve on their free WI-FI connection - what they have presently really SUCKS; but all-in-all the Hotel and Staff were great.

Nice hotel not too far from downtown Dallas.Posted Oct 19, 2015
Pros: The neighborhood is quite business park area. It is not too far from downtown Dallas. Close enough to fast food restaurants and nice city park.
Cons: Room Service.
Location: Not too far from downtown Dallas. Close to fast food, shopping and a nice, big city park.
We stayed for 3 nights starting on Saturday. Hotel was very quiet. Not too many guests at that time. Stay was overall good other than on Sunday after coming back to hotel in the afternoon found that room service did not replace bathroom tissue roll as it was low and we had no other; they also did not replace the empty nasal tissue box; they did not replace bath towels (we need at least two clean bath towels) and they did not replace the complimentary coffee packets in the room either. We had to call down to the front desk and had to then walk down to the front desk in order to pick these items up as it was after hours the room service staff had left for the day. Aside from our stay was ok.

Mixed feelingsPosted Oct 18, 2015
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was better than most "free" breakfasts.
Cons: Housekeeping was the biggest issue.
Location: This is convenient tot he highway (I75) but not noisy. There are a lot of restaurants nearby as well as more than adequate shopping.
This motel is conveniently located and easy to access. When I first checked in I would say that the room was clean, although a little smaller than I was expecting. The desk area made working very difficult as it was two tiered and hard to set out any paperwork to review. But my biggest concern about this motel was the housekeeping. I was there for 3 nights and 2 days. After my first night I went out the next morning and came back around 1:30 PM. When I walked in my first reaction was that housekeeping had not yet been there as the bed was unmade and the waste baskets had not been emptied. This was a little surprising but there was still time for them to clean. Later I realized that housekeeping had actually been there as all of my used towels were gone. But they had not been replaced and as noted earlier, the bed was not made nor was the trash emptied. I did not report it to the front desk thinking they would show up shortly. That didn't happen. The next day was a repeat performance except that I returned to the room at 4:30PM. The old towels were gone but not replaced, the bed was not made and the waste baskets still not emptied. I did report it to the management and they said that housekeeping was gone for the day. But around 6:30 someone did shoe up to make up the room. Of course, that person did not speak even a little bit of English but we managed to gesture our way through a cleanup.

Pros: Location and price
Thick towels. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. convenient location. Will stay here again when in the Richardson/North Dallas area. Breakfast looked delicious but we never had time to eat. Endless hot water for shower.

Good Hotel within half hour of ArlingtonPosted Oct 6, 2015
When I visit a big city I try to stay outside of it because of traffic and also price. It was about half hour from Arlongton and AT&T stadium and the Rangers stadium as well as Six Flags. Don't really stay in the room long enough to have much other than it was a nice room

Does anyone have a soft bed anymore?Posted Sep 26, 2015
Pros: The breakfast, the staff, cleanliness, etc.
Cons: Offer a mattress pad for people that don't like beds that feel like concrete.
Location: Decent location, right off of 75.
This is a pretty nice hotel. It fits right in that 3 star category. Nice perks, good internet, the free breakfast bar is really nice; it's not just continental breakfast, it actually has eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, etc available. The place is clean and nice. The room was clean, etc. But the freaking beds are HARD as a rock! I can't sleep on these extra firm mattresses so I was in a bad mood all week. There is a couch in the room and I ended up sleeping on that because it was softer than the bed. It seems like every time I stay in a hotel these days they have firm mattresses. It's to the point that I don't want to go on vacation anymore.

Good for a business trip.Posted Sep 18, 2015
Pros: Appears to have been recently remodeled. Nice decor, modern and minimalist. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: I could hear toilets flushing frequently. This really should be improved. Coffee was terrible. No complimentary water.
Location: Close to several restaurants and pubs, but not as close as the Doubletree or Hyatt in the area.
Decent hotel for a business trip. Modern decor, decent location near several restaurants, about a half mile away if you don't mind the walk or a short cab/Uber ride. No complimentary water. Coffee was terrible even at the continental breakfast. Food was good enough.
