Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. First room, carpet was soaked due to the mini-fridge draining all over the place. The door on the fridge would not close. Went back down to timid, seemingly teenage clerk and asked for a new room. Deer in the headlights moment, then she woke up and gave us the next room. Muttered an apology. I asked for a 5:30 am wake-up call. She wrote it down. New room had a pull out sofa. Went to make the bed and there were no linens. Back down to the front desk, linens retrieved from a friendlier clerk. No wake-up call the next morning. Will not be back to this location. I stay in a lot of Country Inn & Suites, very disappointed.

We take the time to listen to your constructive comments so we can continually improve our services. I will make sure to have maintenance check that fridge as well as have housekeeping make sure they tell our front desk about these issues so that this incidence isn't repeated. I will make sure to go over with staff about expectations on friendly service and make sure to put guest wake up calls in when requested . We hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations.
