This Hampton Inn is definitely not the quality we expect in a Hampton Inn. The room looks as though it has not been redone in 10 years. There is a cobweb hanging from a light at the desk, a huge stain on the carpet, and the upholstered chairs are worn and dirty, We will not be staying here again.

Very unhappu traveler

The first clue it was going to be an unpleasant stay was the dehumidifier running in the room when we arrived. The second was the ear plugs provided in the room. The door lock need to be replaced, we couldn't lock the door. Overall very disappointed with the room. I've stayed in better Super 8s for a lot less. Way overpriced for the quality of the room. Breakfast was about the same as other hotels. Staff was friendly.

Staff was awesome. We didn't get in until after 3 am and the lady at the desk ask if we would like more time than the usual 12 pm check out time since we got in so late. Breakfast was decent. The make your own Belgian waffles were delicious. Mattress was a little firm but I slept well. We love your pillows and comforters so much we want to buy some for ourselves! Lol We love The Hampton Inn. I've never had a bad experience.
