Dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. Had to put a water bottle cap under the stopper in the sink so water would run out . The lock on the door didn’t work right . Every time we lefted and came back had to get someone at the desk to open the door and let us in the room,Told the person at the desk about all this no one did anything about it .Charged to much for the room. I have breathing problem had to walk all way to the end of hall to a handicapped room.
We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how horrible the bfast was three straight days in a row. Every single morning they were running oit of items within the first hour and the lasy morning they were out of EVERYTHING! Lol, with a Costco and Sams club within half and hour each, this is inexcusable. And, thr pool was down as well.
Room was nice ans spacious but our shower curtain was ripped and put water all over the floor lol. Matresses and sheets were awesome. Lastly and oddly, the batroom door has a huge window in it and sheds light all over the room if someone needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night.
Ac didnt work in room. Contacted front desk and ac was looked at, but not fixed. After shift change new front desk clerk told us to go to room and worry about it tomorrow! Front desk clerk called cops and had us removed from property! Room payment needs to be refunded!
Room was very nice, good selection for breakfast.
The only bad thing we experienced was housekeeping opening our door while room was still occupied. I saw other reviews that this has happened before. Hotel should notify housekeeping when guest checkout to prevent this from happening.
Overall great hotel!!
When we got into bed their was sand or some form a grit in the sheets which meant they hadn't been cleaned and there was also a bottle of lotion under the sheets, the next morning we were woken up by housekeeping because the floors & walls were so thin so you could hear everything they were doing. For this to be a Marriott property, I was highly disappointed.
There was really nothing not to like about this property except the usual complaint about SpringHill's usual room layout....put a door on the water closet please for a bit more privacy.
There was a great restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel - Farm to Fork.
