Pleasant hotel near the downtown and restaurants

Pros: location
Location: very nice restaurants, museums, canals tour
the hotel is nice but the lobby is very small and getting to your room is a little bit complicated especially on one elevator. But the hotel is centrally located.

Our hotel is located in a monumental building which was transformed into a hotel in the early 2000's with slightly unconventional spaces and layout as a result of this. Close to station

An easy base for walking the central area . This is a modern hotel with lots of restaurants close by - and only ten mins from Nieumarkt area.

3 Nights At The Amrath

Room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free mini-bar. The hotel was very impressive and we felt at home during our stay. The only negative I can comment on is that our room was situated at the back of the hotel where there was some building work being carried out and this did disturb fairly early each morning.

Excellent location with access to the centre.

Pros: Its proximity to transport links and many tourist spots.
Cons: Not really.
Location: Dam square, red light district and China town all waiting 10 minutes walk. Hop on hop off bus stopped right outside hotel and canal boats only 5 mins
Made to feel very welcome from the onset and all staff very helpful especially as our luggage had gone missing so we had to wait a day to receive it. Concierge team were excellent.

Great location!

Pros: Staff, location, cleanliness.
Cons: Time taken to get room key.
Staff was extremely helpful. Getting the keyto my room was not good...took about 40 mins of standing around after a long day of travelling.

Rude Staff

The Staff was really rude at checkin They also stole aphone charger from my room, I complained but they said they cant help me. there is no parking on site as they claim its a 20min walk

Nice hotel, good location

The hotel has a Grand feeling from exterior to the interior. wood doors and windows frame, glass panels inside. We had king suite that was very impressive. 2 huge rooms and huge bathroom suite. one part had bath and 2 sinks and another jet shower. The hotel located 5 walk to red district and grand train station. Staff was friendly and helpfulll
