Beautiful, classy hotel. Our apartment suite came with butler service. Staff are all proffesional, courteous, and well dressed. The bed is very comfortable, nice bathroom & amenities.

beautiful hotel

Location: close to the red light area
A beautiful hotel, immaculate , very clean and helpful staff the only down side was every thing was so expensive we went into one of the bars for a drink my partner had half pint of an IPA beer and was charged 10 euros I had half pint of lager at 4.50 euros not so bad for that but the 10 euros was a little steep!!!! Breakfast was charged at 38 euros each beautiful hotel no complaints otherwise

Favorite hotel in Amsterdam. Comfy beds. Nice bathrooms. Great staff. Beautiful hotel. Great location. It is perfect.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with superb staff!

From the moment we arrived, 7 hours before our check in, the staff made us feel so welcome. They took us to the spa to freshen up while we waited for our room. Our room was ready within half an hour and the concierge was so gracious in showing us around. The gave us great recommendations and directions for our stay and constantly made us feel like we were guests of honor. I don't have a single complaint, and my expectations were exceeded. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

Nice hotel

Cons: As of a five star hotel, the dirty chair is unacceptable. room number 226
Nice hotel in the vibrant city center. Early check in was a bad bad experience.

Size of a room terrible

I paid more for a luxury room I paid more thinking that the word what luxury was involved but the room was terribly small and the bathroom is unusable he was too narrow to even a walk in I have recently stayed at the Dylan Pulitzer and the Europa all the hotels room much much better for the same price

Best hotel in Amsterdam

We had a fabulous suite with our own private entrance. Our butler welcomed us with a glass of champagne. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay here next year when we come back!

Charming, quiet boutique hotel amid hectic city.

Pros: Great location, unique, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bad, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Room was on the small side, not a lot of space for unpacking and putting away belongings.
Location: 10 minute walk to main train station. We walked to everything.
We arrived at 830 AM after overnight flight. They were apologetic that our room wasn't ready! We were upgraded to a king room, though our reservation was for a queen. They called our cell phone when the room was ready. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful courtyard/garden, nice place to have a drink after a long day touring the city. Hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated, everything looked clean and new. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast buffet. Restaurant has view of canal.
