The pool wasn’t up n it was disappointing for the kids and the room next door alarm got us up at 7am and it didn’t stop till 730am!

Great Stay

Overall good stay for biz trip. Only the bed is too soft and pillow is too high me not comfortable.

A peaceful getaway for the weekend.

A great bunch of staffs ready to attend to your enquiries and needs. Some refurbishment would make this place a fantastic spot. It’s quiet and peaceful for those looking for some out-of-busy-city-life. I know I’d come back to stay here any day!

Tidy, good service, food so so.

Stunning reception great country location. Don't stay in the valley wing, heard garden wing much better. There was a power cut upon arrival, said to be unusual, lasted for 3-4 hours, was well managed. Wi-Fi connectivity solid even through power cut, they disconnected me the second I check out but resolved it quickly. The bar was nice enough, the food was not inspiring, breakfast had usual wide range of options. Room was tidy and functional. Would stay again if I needed to be in that area.

Overall good stay. Bed felt moist all night due to humidity. Waits for checkout was longer than expected.
