Pros: Clean Bar location
Cons: Breakfast
Breakfast not so great. Coffee across room. No regular sugar. No waffle maker like most Inn have. No fruit

Dear Traveler, Thank you for staying with us at the Holiday Inn Danbury-Bethel @ I-84. We are glad that you enjoyed the 99 Restaurant that is attached to us. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our breakfast. We are currently going under some renovations to our breakfast area. We hope to be completed with the renovations in a few weeks. Great Location in Danbury

Hotel was under construction which made parking a hassle. Clean and comfortable room. Was only there for a night and it served its purpose.

Under Renovation

Posted Jul 14, 2016 on Hotels
Very hard to review as the hotel is currently being remodeled. The staff were very friendly and my room appeared to have been recently updated, with the exception of the bathroom door! I think someone just forgot to paint the inside of the door. The room was comfortable and clean. The lobby area was very dated and I expect will also be receiving a refresh very soon. The included breakfast was not worth staying for, especially the bananas that should have been made into bread two days earlier. Eww. Don't put those over-ripe bananas on the breakfast bar! What were you thinking!? There is a "99" restaurant attached to the hotel and they have late hours. It is a family restaurant and was quite loud with some sort of trivia contest going on. There is a very nice, more upscale, restaurant/steak house across the street. The name of that restaurant escapes me. Best thing about this hotel was the proximity to I-84.

Not bad at all

Posted May 8, 2016 on Hotels
Not too shabby. Everything was close by but that's not what I wanted because I wanted peace and quiet(not the hotels fault). The breakfast was great though. Awesome! They are currently going through renovation and the work outside was far to noisey.

Not happy

The customer service was horrible. The kitchen was being remodeled which in hotels.com I was not aware of. The food that they brought in was disgusting. No space to eat and the lady working it was rude.
