Great rom without breaking the bank!

Hotel is easily located off I-40. Stephanie checked us in and was very friendly. The room was spotless. Great job housekeeping! We ate breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Great variety of things to choose from. Personally the waffle maker that makes bear shaped waffles was my favorite. The bed was good however we are used to a Sleep Number bed so we slept ok. Only suggestion would be for the hotel to upgrade the towels. They seem to be ready for a change. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great 3 days!

Did the job and then some!

The hotel was perfect for what we needed - right off of the freeway and allowed pets! I was surprised by the breakfast - wasn't expecting sausage, eggs and biscuits. Rooms were clean, quiet and a nice size. Staff was very welcoming!

You have no sound barrier to the freeway so it is all you hear all night long. The room had such a strong chemical odor to it we woke up with sore throats and stuffed up it was a super strong odor. They upgraded granite but it didn't even match and that is all, doors falling apart etc. Breakfast was not for healthy individuals all heat and eat not even a crockpot of real oatmeal, some apples and bananas....

We are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations as we always strive to provide each and every single guest with great customer service as well as clean and comfortable room. Please accept our apologies due to any inconvenience our cleaning chemicals caused you. Our housekeeping is using brand name cleaning solutions, however they are a bit stronger than your household chemicals as we have to make sure that each room is sanitized for the next guest. We apologize for any maintenance issues that might have been overlooked or not up to your satisfaction. Please know that our maintenance department addresses any and all issues as they are being reported to us. We are sadden to hear that you did not enjoy any of our breakfast items. We serve 3 different juices, coffee, variety of teas, make your own vanilla waffle with regular and sugar free syrup, homemade biscuits that are baked on the spot, sausages and egg patties as well was variety of donuts, danishes, breads. Our breakfast also includes grids, yogurts, oranges, apples, bananas as well as variety of instant oatmeal. Our breakfast meets and exceeds Quality Inn standards. Being conveniently located off of I40 sometimes it might get a bit noisy for some of our guests, however we have rooms facing our beautiful Smokey Mountains that are quieter. Due to high occupancy at our hotel mountain side rooms are filling up fast - we suggest contacting us direct for reserving mountain room. We honor request first come first serve. We hope to welcome you back again and provide you with superior customer service that we are known for and clean comfortable rooms. Have a great day!
