The staff was very friendly and apologetic but we still had to use the room for the night. Returning to the room at night, we were stuck outside as the door required me slamming my body into the door multiple times to get it open. They called a maintenance guy the next morning but we were given a new room. The new room had some stains on the bed skirt and……
