The Casino was smokier than most. The buffet food was good. The areception staff was kind, friendly and tried to be helpful. We were there (2 rooms) for 7days/6nites Our room was given fresh towels twice. This hotel gives only bar soap. Bring your own shampoo, etc. My sisters room NEVER GOT TOWELS,TOULET PAPER, COFFEE, ETC. I went daily to The reception area and inquired. They were very sweet, put notes in the computer and gave me towels, etc. for her room. On our checkout day, we insisted on talking to a manager. BOTH Gigi & Clay, the Housekeeping Mgr and "General Manager" finally came and listened for about 2minutes. Clay left almost immediately saying she was pulled from a meeting she had to return too. Gigi stood thete with her arms folded like she couldn't/wouldn't be bothered. There were 3 other guests there at checkout complaining of this and chargesvto their credit cards. They DO NOT/WILL MOT ACCEPT CASH AS PAYMENT FOR HOTEL STAY.
BUYER BEWARE. I've contacted my credit card company & told them exactly what should be charged. Honestly, their website needs to be update regarding several things.....
